Describes basic excercised I did to build strength for full planche pushups FAQ/Statements How is the artist on the song? Pep Love - Ascension How long did it take to d a full planche pushup? It took me 5 months of consistent training but my experience won't be universal. How many times should I perform these excercise? Each excercise is a progression with the one following becoming more difficult. You should perform only 1 recommened excercise per day with strict form for the recommended reps and sets. What are the recommended sets? Posted in video with the abbreviation _X_ : setsXreps Is it normal to feel discomfort in wrist? Yes, but you have to start off these excercises slowly to let you body adjust to the training. Don't go for the full sets on your first try. Let your body keep up.trying adjust wrist at different angles for less pressure also. How long did you rest between sets? I rested 2 - 4 minutes for the majority of time. What muscles do planches work? Basically your whole body. Every major muscle group is taxed in orders to keep you body rigid when your parallel. How much do you weigh? I'm 5'11 - 6ft/165 during this video. I'm pushin towards 180 now. When should I advance to the next excercise? You should move the next excercise when the one your currently working on is performed with strict form easily. Statements: Sorry if I'm not answering everybodies questions, the thing is that many of these questions have been answered before prior but you guys haven't seen the old video comments so I decided to make common questions and statement column. I'm also aware I typoed the word rigid and pseudo in the vid, lol. I noticed it after like 20 minutes when I first posted the vid about a year and a half ago but it was too late to correct so please stop sending me PM's about small misspellings you grammar Nazis. Lol, in seriousness, good luck training be consistent, train hard, and planches will come.

I received a call from Scott Goodpaster, the Director of Cincinnati Functional Fitness, to produce a Video of him training one of the most inspiring young men. His name is Dustin Carter. Dustin is a Hillsboro High School Wrestler that has no legs or arms, yet he often wins wrestling tournaments and amazes people through his life. I want to thank Scott for giving my company, Landman Productions the honor of producing a video which will hopefully touch other people's lives when they view this. I know that Scott and Dustin have touched my life, that's for sure!
